DU SOL Distance MCom Admission 2023: Dates (Released)

The M.Com programme at DU SOL is one of the greatest and most prestigious two-year degree programmes available. As part of the entrance-based M.Com. admissions process, students must participate in group discussions (GDs) and personal interviews (PI). At least a 55% average is needed if they want to get admitted directly from the merit list. The remaining 50% of seats are set aside for applicants who choose merit-based admission, leaving about 50% of seats available for entrance-based applicants. Since students do not need to visit the university to complete the admissions process, DU SOL offers online admission.

The students must come to the department for interviews and group discussions. The NTA is in charge of the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for DU SOL Distance MCom

Delhi University's division of remote learning was formed in 1962. It aims to raise the living standards of those students and individuals who can't afford normal lessons for a variety of reasons, including time, cost, length, and connectivity. Student must be an Indian citizen to be eligible. He or she must have earned at least a 55% passing grade on the bachelor's degree test at any accredited university or UGC-approved school. Alternately, the pupils must have earned at least 60% of their possible points in their 12-year-old vocational stream. Other students, like OBC students, are given a 27% relaxation of the total number of seats available. A total of 15 and 7.5% of seats are reserved for SC and ST, respectively. The minimal percentage needed to graduate is 50% for OBC students and SC and ST students, respectively.

Admission Criteria for Foreign Students (202-2024)

At Delhi University, all subjects and courses are taught with equity. In accordance with available seats and specific requirements for international students, the School of Open Learning also invites applications for admission from foreign nationals in various departments. Before enrolling in any course, foreign students must confirm their eligibility requirements, tuition costs, and lodging options close to their designated regional centres.
