Qualification Standards for Undergraduate Programmes for SOL 2023

Below are the prerequisites for the undergraduate programmes.

English major with honors

Students who come under the general category who want to pursue a B.A. in English should have at least 65% in their 10+2 exams.

Students that are interested in OBC candidates for the B.A. with Honor's in English should have at least 58.5% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who belong under the SC/ST category and intend to pursue a B.A. in English should have at least the minimum passing marks, with English as their only language and three other academic subjects in their 10+2 coursework.

Students who fall into the PWBD category and want to pursue a B.A. in English should have at least 61.75% in their 10+2 exams.

 

Honors B.Com.

Students who come under the general category and want to pursue B.Com (Hons) should have at least 55% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who are OBC and want to pursue B.Com (Hons) should have at least 49.5% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who come under the SC/ST category and intend to pursue B.Com (Hons) must have at least minimum passing marks in any of the qualifying exams.

PWBD category students who want to pursue B.Com (Hons) need have at least 52.25% in their 10+2 exams.

 

(Hons) B.A. Pol Sc

Students who come under the general category and want to pursue a B.A. (Hons) in Pol Sc should have at least 50% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who are OBC and intend to pursue a B.A. (Hons) in political science should have at least 45% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who belong under the SC/ST category and want to pursue a B.A. (Hons) in political science should have at least the minimum passing grades, with one academic course (English) and three other subjects.

Students who belong under the PWBD category and want to pursue a B.A. (Hons) in Pol Sc should have at least a 47.5% average in their 10+2 course work.

Students who come under the general category and want to pursue B.Com should have at least 40% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who are OBC and intend to study a B.Com should have at least 36% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who come under the SC/ST category and want to study a B.Com. should have at least the minimum passing marks in their 10+2 exams.

Students who fall under the PWBD category and intend to pursue a B.Com. should have at least 38% in their 10+2 exams. 

BA programme at DU

Students who belong under the general category and want to pursue the B.A. programme should have at least 40% in their 10+2 exams.

Students who are OBC and seek to enrol in the B.A. programme must have at least 36% in their 10+2 exams.

SC/ST students who intend to enrol in the B.A. programme must have at least the minimum required score on their 10+2 exams.

Students who fall under the PWBD category and want to pursue the B.A. programme should have at least 38% in their 10+2 exams.
