These considerations should be made by students before filling out or submitting the DU SOL examination form.

The University of Delhi's examination branch would inform the candidates 20–25 days before the exam.

The examination form must be completed in advance by the student and submitted by the deadline specified by the university funding.

For the first, second, and third-year exams (May/June End Term exams) for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, all distance and online students must complete an online examination form. The registration fees do not include the above-mentioned course fees. Course by course, different UG and PG programmes have different registration costs. The general/OBC category's basic registration price is INR 1000, while the reserved category's (SC/SC/PWD) basic registration charge is INR 500.
